Learning Loving Boundaries

In this class we will discuss how to make reasonable, realistic boundaries that you can stick to! We often think we are not kind if we set limits and say no to people making requests. We will discuss why boundaries are the most kind and loving thing we can do for ourselves, loved ones and strangers alike. We will learn a few magical tools that can be used for general protection as well as what to do if you find yourself in a situation too deep, and how to energetically back out. A couple of helpful herbs will be taught, as well as some basic magical hygiene. Herbal tea in line with the class intention will be provided, as well as a black tea for fun!

"I have been practicing acupuncture since 2004 when I graduated with my Masters degree from The Traditional Acupuncture Institute (TAI Sophia) in Maryland. I am an Oregon Licensed Acupuncturist, in addition to a Diplomate of Acupuncture from The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture. Previous to my study of Chinese Medicine, I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I have studied herbal medicine at The Elderberry School. I also have completed and graduated from 5 years of energy work and healing from Colette Gardiner in the Blue Iris Mystery School."
