Come Ice Skating!
Join Adoptive Friends & Families of Greater Seattle ("AFFGS") for our SECOND ANNUAL ice skating party at Sno-King Arena (formerly Castle Ice). This event is back by popular demand.
We have a big party room rented from 1:00-3:00 pm where we can share hot cocoa and marshmallows. Cost for skating is discounted by AFFGS. Just $8 per person over age 5 and $6 for kids under 5. Ice skates are included and there is no cost if you don't want to skate. We recommend wearing helmets (so bring bike or ski helmets). 5 walkers have been reserved. Walkers are for kids under age 5. If your child is over age 5, he/she must be under 42 inches in height without skates.
Walkers are first come/first serve. Public skating runs until 5:30 pm, you can skate an extra two hours after our party room closes at 3:00 pm.
COST for ice skating party:
Members: Free room rental/to attend the party. Discounted cost for skate rental - $8 for ice skates for kids 6 and up; $6 for kids 5 and under - you pay at the rink for skate rental/skating. Sign up via Brown Paper Tickets to help with our planning, and to pay your 2015-2017 dues.
Non-Members: $10 per family to help cover the room rental fee and supplies (pay through Brown Paper Tickets) ; plus discounted cost for skate rental - $8 for ice skates for kids 6 and up; $6 for kids 5 and under - you pay at the rink for skate rental/skating.
