Jefferson County Community Chorus Winter Concert-Messiah

The Port Townsend and East Jefferson County Community Chorus are celebrating our 40th Anniversary presenting Handel's Messiah at our 40th Anniversary Concert directed by Rebecca Rottsolk accompanied by pianist Lisa Lanza and orchestra.
Rebecca Rottsolk has shared her directing talents with the Community Chorus for the last 10 years. During her tenure the chorus has performed wide-ranging choral liturature. She served as artistic director for the Northwest Girslchoir from 1982 until 2001, building the choir into one of the most respected youth choral organizations in America. Rebecca brought the same enthusiasm and skill to the Community Chorus, expanding our skills and enjoyment of our voices blending together to create beautiful and challenging concert experiences in our community. Rebecca is co-founder/director of Mirinesse Women's Choir in Seattle and directs a program each year for RainShadow Chorale in Port Townsend.
