Three Blind Wines is a wine tasting event presented by the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council and the Rotary Club of Oxford. It is a wine tasting with a twist!

How it Works
The Yoknapatawpha Arts Council and Rotary have created a blind wine tasting where teams compete placing their favorite wine up against other team's favorite wines. Teams of two people select three bottles of the same wine to represent their team at the event. Two of every team's bottles of wine are set out for the tasting with the labels covered, and the third bottle of wine is reserved as part of the prize for the winner.
Everyone then samples all the wines, voting for their favorite wine of the night. The team that receives the most votes wins all the other team's third bottle. Winners could go home with a cellar full of free wine!
First, Buy a Ticket
Team Tickets - $35
It's $35 per team (2 people each) and you drop off your 3 bottles of wine in advance or purchase and leave them at one of the participating stores.
Sommelier Tickets - $100
Have our sommelier pick the wine for you! You and your team member simply show up.
Second, Buy Your Wine
If you chose the Team Ticket, you will need to purchase 3 bottles of the same wine. You can purchase them at these participating liquor stores and leave them there to be delivered to the Powerhouse prior to the event. If you decide to purchase wine elsewhere, please drop it off at the Powerhouse prior to the event.

What is this all for?
Three Blind Wines is a fundraiser for the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council and Rotary Club of Oxford. These two organizations work to provide support for programs that enrich the lives of residents of North Mississippi. The Yoknapatawpha Arts Council provides access to the arts through educational programs from children through senior citizens and supports the work of local artists. The Rotary Club, part of Rotary International, works to improve quality of life within Oxford and Lafayette County. Rotary has created a scholarship for high school students, improved local parks, and contributed to community enrichment projects for the past fifty years.
