The Zen of Improv 3 class is when Zensters can really see everything come together as we apply skills built into longer scenework and completely improvised sets. We focus on paying attention acutely, discovering and playing the scene that is going on already in the here and now, identifying and playing the Heat and Weight as well as our emotional "hooks," trusting ourselves and our stage partners, committing fully to the moment, serving the scene first and foremost, and being a good stage partner. We start playing longer scenes and expanding our repertoire of games. Wheeeeee!

The adventure continues!

This class meets on the following EIGHT evenings, 6:30-8:30pm at North Star building at 45 Amherst Rd (Rt. 116) in Sunderland, just south of Rt. 47. It's on the west side of Rt. 116, just north of the Japanese restaurant Goten and more or less across from a Sunoco station and Sugarloaf Frostee. When you get there, go into the classroom to the left:

(Plan on getting there about 5-10 min. early to settle in so the workshop can start promptly.)

"Improvisation at the Speed of Life: The TJ & Dave Book" is STRONGLY recommended reading in order to get the most out of this class. Books are on sale on Amazon or on the first day of class.
