Semiprecious Stones and Wire Wrapping
Led by artist Max Goodman, this workshop introduces visitors to working with wire wrapping and a variety of semiprecious stones. The class reveals both the scientific nature of the stones and the history of how they are manufactured and sold, providing a glimpse into not only how to work with these exciting materials, but their inherent qualities and roles in society.
All materials provided. No previous experience required.
