Seasonal Supper - Fall 2012
Join us for an authentic farm-to-table dinner at McCollum Orchards in Lockport, NY. In conjunction with Buffalo Beer Week, this beer pairing dinner will be presented by talented Chef Jim Guarino of Shango Bistro and will feature brews and chews from local farms and artisan producers.
McCollum Orchards is an historic farm dating back to the 1820's and is the only farm within the city limits of Lockport. Bree & Rich Woodbridge are the current proprietors and are breathing new life into a former fruit farm and vineyard. They've dedicated their energies to growing over 7 varieties of hops furthering Buffalo's burgeoning beer brewing resurgence. Guests should expect to experience beer brewed from their hops along with beer from other local breweries.
All proceeds from the dinner will benefit Field & Fork Network, a local non-profit organization dedicated to building a thriving regional food system in Western New York.
