Aromatherapy 101: Making Diffuser and Room Spray Blends
Have you ever used essential oils around the house or in a bath? Ever wanted to know where they come from, why they work and how to incorporate them into your life? This 2 hour hands on workshop will provide you with an overview of aromatheraputic essential oils and how to use them in your daily life, specifically for use in the home. You will be encouraged to formulate your very own recipes based on esthetic preference and desired outcome, so be prepared to walk out smelling delicious! You will leave class with 2 completed blends suitable for a room diffuser and a mist room spray.
If you've always been curious about essential oils but weren't sure where to start, this class is for you. Not only will you learn about the individual oils, how to combine and use them but you will also receive easy DIY recipes to try at home.
