The Newington Children's Theatre Company is proud to present the musical adaptation of the Connecticut premier of a cherished holiday movie, Elf Jr, December 4-13, 2015.

Based on the hilarious 2003 New Line Cinema hit, Elf Jr. tells the story of Buddy, a young orphan who mistakenly crawls into Santa's bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. The would-be elf is raised unaware that he is actually a human, until his enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa's permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and discover his true identity. Faced with the harsh reality that his father is on the naughty list, and his stepbrother doesn't even believe in Santa, Buddy is determined to win over his new family and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas.

Join over twenty-five area youth as they bring this hilarious, holiday tale to the stage, December 4-13. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm. Saturdays, 12.5 and 12.12, @ 10am performance added! Tickets are $12 for adults ($15 at the door) and $10 for seniors, students and children ($12 at the door).
