Dancing for a Cause: A night of hi-hats, heels and helping the arts
Jubilee Arts, a program of community-based nonprofit Newborn Holistic Ministries, will host its 1st official dance fundraiser at the luxurious 1840s Plaza in downtown Baltimore. This semi-formal event, will feature great music by DJ Tanz, gourmet food, door prizes, silent auction and dancing of all styles including Chicago Step, Hand Dance, Line Dance and Detroit Urban Ballroom. Proceeds will benefit the work of Jubilee Arts, a community arts center located on the historic Pennsylvania Avenue in Baltimore, MD that offers classes in ceramics, visual arts, creative writing and dance to people of all ages. Through its programming, Jubilee is working to revive the arts and the legacy of this culturally rich community.
