Goat Cheese Making Workshop
Join Lori Arnold, the Cheese Maven of Heron Pond Farms.
Learn how to make ricotta soft cheese and Gouda hard cheese using milk from Lucky Hook Goat Dairy in Moses Lake.
You will be able to take the soft cheese home with you.
The Gouda will be aged by Heron Pond Farm and then used in the Smoking Workshop offered Saturday, November 21.*
Cost per person, includes, cheese making supplies and lunch
*You will need to register for the Smoking Workshop separately.
