Title: Advanced Lucid Dreaming Practices for Healing and Spiritual Growth

Some Buddhist lineages proclaim an action performed in a lucid dream is seven times more powerful than a waking action. Aware within the dreaming mind, you exist in a unique state, where you can focus intent for emotional or physical healing, achieve creative breakthroughs and accelerate your spiritual growth --- that is, if you know how. This workshop will cover those advanced techniques and concepts that you need in order to experience the transformative potential of lucid dreaming.

Speaker: Robert Waggoner is one of the most well-known lucid dreaming experts in the world, and author of the acclaimed book, Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self, and a past President of the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD). He co-edits the free online magazine, The Lucid Dream Exchange, and frequently speaks on lucid dreaming at colleges and conferences worldwide.
