Thrive

Thrive returns to their home town of Point Arena after last year's rockin' CD release party. Opening the show will be Covered In Butter.

Thrive says, "Tickets have been reduced from $15 to $12 at the door to show our appreciation of the hometown support. This will be our first show in Point Arena with our new 5 piece band and we will also be playing some new songs."

Thrive! is the collaboration of the musical talents of Aaron Borowitz, Kenneth Rogers, Erik Cleveland, Scott Schipper, and Andrew Forgy.

The band is pioneering a unique sound in the ever-growing genre of Reggae/Rock music. "We've worked hard to maintain our originality" comments guitarist/vocalist Aaron Borowitz who founded the group in early 2008. "Each Member has such different taste in music and that translates through our sound".

In just two years, Thrive has shared the stage with great performers like: Steel Pulse, Collie Buddz, SOJA, Tribal Seeds, Rootz Underground, Ooklah The Moc, Rebelution, The Dirty Heads, Katchafire, Israel Vibration, Don Carlos, J Boog, Mykal Rose, Third World and countless great bands all over California and Hawaii.

While performing often and keeping good working/tour ethic, Thrive is working to build their fan base, meet other musicians, and branch out into other genres. In addition, they are working with local clothing sponsor "California Roots" who is sponsoring the band. Thrive has also recently signed to Vibes Entertainment Group for booking and management working together with them they plan is to take the music to the next level.
