Journal to the Self

Learn a "whole brain" approach to journal writing in this psycho-educational weekend workshop. Participants explore 18 ways to freshen their journal writing making use of techniques that are good for data driven cognitive work, developing insight and honing intuition. Useful for those who have been journaling or those who are new to the practice.

Your facilitator:
Diane Finlayson is a lifelong journaler. She credits her journal practice with enhancing her creativity & effectiveness and promoting greater self-awareness, qualities that have been very useful in her announcing work at WYPR-FM and her clinical supervision work in the Yoga Therapy program at Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly TAI Sophia). She looks forward to introducing you to techniques that can open up your journal in a new way.
