The Under_Line (U_L) Monthly Salon Series, produced by Arts for Art, began in November of 2013. Each month, in a different location, we feature a legendary musician in performance and open conversation about the relationship of their work to a broader social context.
We offer a great social environment where a diverse group of creative people can come together and engage, enliven our hearts and minds as a community. We think back to the creative movements that originated in the 60s and 70s and look forward to how these powerful moments are socially and politically relevant today.
Salon members are a diverse mix of artists, speakers, readers, dreamers, thinkers, and you.
Salon attendance is through invite and word of mouth. Request an invitation to be on the exclusive list for the next Salon by sending an email to info@artsforart.org
In the coming months we plan on extending the hosting to other legendary creative practitioners to include poets, dancers, visual artists and ideators. Stay tuned!
