Pete Moss and The Bog Band in Concert
The Bog Band is a group of young (ages 12-20) area musicians who are mad for traditional Irish music and dance. Led by Pete Moss (a/k/a Mitch Fanning), a local violin and fiddle teacher, the Bog has played at venues of stature throughout the area, including Potomac Celtic Festival (last four years), Smithsonian's Discovery Theater, Washington Folklife Festival, Takoma Park Folklife Festival, Glen Echo Irish Festival, Euronight, and more.
