Pre-Season Bootcamp With The Rat City All-Stars

Skaters from the Rat City All-Stars will help you hone your skills in a two-day bootcamp with beginner and advanced level classes.

At the Intermediate/Advanced level the camp will focus on the most current strategies in WFTDA national-level play and drills to help you achieve greater awareness on the track.

Our beginner classes will focus on developing a strong skill foundation and a deeper understanding of the game.

Camp will feature on-skates sessions led by current all-star skaters as well as off-skates sessions to address cross-training and injury prevention.

We are happy to offer skater-hosted housing for campers from out of town. Please indicate below that you need host housing and we will contact you.

Please bring a water bottle, snacks, money for lunch/dinner at a local restaurant, a notebook and pen, and all required derby gear and skates.

Date and Time: Saturday, November 13 and Sunday, November 14

Beginner Class: Saturday 8 am to 1 pm and Sunday 1 pm to 6 pm
Intermediate Class: Saturday 1 pm to 6 pm and Sunday 8 am to 1 pm
