Chris Pahud & Tom Smith at the Homegrown Coffeehouse
Two popular, talented local musicians, backed by two extraordinary guitarists will light up the Homegrown stage on Saturday, May 9. After a decade of opening for top nationally touring folk acts, Homegrown favorite Chris Pahud has really come into his own as a performer of Americana and roots music, mixed with some terrific original material. In addition to appearing as a feature solo artist at the Homegrown, Chris has hosted the New Years Needham celebration for several years. Chris will be joined by the amazing Bob Metzger. Tom Smith has been a featured performer at several New Years Needham shows as well. His songs are in turns humorous, touching, thought provoking, and inspiring. Deeply rooted in the old-school folk tradition, his timeless stories are told with a voice that is honest and sincere with melodies that you will remember forever. Tom will be backed by uber-session player Seth Connelly.
