Working Together Workshop - Lethbridge
As the practice within child intervention continues to evolve, many new initiatives have been introduced over the last few years i.e. Outcome Based Service Delivery (OBSD), Front-end Strategies, Signs of Safety, the Practice Framework and others that support a more effective, collaborative and flexible way of supporting children and families to achieve better outcomes.
As the practice of child intervention changes, so does the role of foster parents, kinship providers and staff working with the children and their families.
