An Introductory Intuitive Painting workshop for Women

Join Marilyn in this expressive Arts taster workshop.
Participants will create a piece of artwork using Art and Meditation techniques to navigate between the Mind and Spirit.
This workshop is open to complete beginners.

Legacy - Focuses on the internal inheritance passed down to women of colour that are rarely highlighted in our society such as; Wisdom, Resilience, Determination, Devotion, Insight, Humility and Love.
Most of the paintings were created from a need to connect to my spirit; some during meditations and others during challenging times. No matter the occasion I felt a powerful healing and dynamic energy guiding me as a created each image.
Marilyn is a formally trained Creative and Holistic Healer/Artist with over 15 years experience of working with women and raising awareness of the benefits of personal development, creativity and healing. Her work and the processes that she embraces are heavily influenced by the rituals and practices of Indigenous cultures and the connection of healing using storytelling and nature (geomancy) which she incorporates into her artwork, online courses, workshops and women circles.
