13th Annual Northport One-Act Play Festival
A Spook-tacular Time Awaits Those Attending
The 13th Annual Northport One-Act Play Festival
                                                         Halloween Edition
Produced by Jo Ann Katz, Michael Casano and Stanley Katz
Ten New Plays from October 21-23, 2022

Halloween comes around a week early to the Playhouse at St. Paul's as it plays host to the 13th Annual Northport One-Act Play Festival  Halloween Edition. The ten new plays that make up this years festival all share something in common. Each embraces the strange, sometimes scary aspects associated with All Hallows Eve, whether as a comedy or drama.

The dates of this years festival coinciding near Halloween gave us a unique opportunity to explore this theme for our production, said Jo Ann Katz, co-producer & co-founder of the festival.  The playwrights whose works were chosen were more than able to rise to the occasion. That's why the audience at each performance should be ready to encounter well-written and acted moments of suspense, superstition, murder and mayhem at every turn.

The plays featured in the festival will be performed twice each, once as a matinee and once in the evening at the theater  located at St Pauls United Methodist Church, 270 Main Street, Northport, NY. They will be brought to the stage by directors and actors from the Long Island theater community.

Program 1 will be presented on Friday, October 21st at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 22nd at 3:00 p.m. Program 2 will be performed on Saturday, October 22nd at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, October 23rd at 3:00 p.m.  Admission is $25 to each of the four festival performances.
