2020 Nutcracker Ballet

Georgia Dance Theatre in association with Georgia Academy of Dance & the Performing Arts presents The Nutcracker Ballet, featuring Georgia Dance Theatre company dancers and dancers from our community.

Celebrate the holiday season with us and make memories with your family as we present this classic family favorite.

Be captivated by the mysterious and magical character, Drosselmeyer, as he weaves magical delights for the children. The story unfolds as the Nutcracker Prince battles the Rat King and escorts Clara into the Land of Sweets. The familiar Tchaikovsky score ushers in the beautiful Sugar Plum Fairy and a parade of entertainers for Clara and her Prince. Sugar Plums will be dancing in your head throughout the holiday season. The perfect tradition to ignite the holiday spirit in your family.

Shhh...we have a surprise! Jolly Ole St. Nick will be there to visit with the children at intermission!

This season, social distancing will be observed between each party and during intermission as practicable. Hand sanitizing stations will be available.

**Attention: Crowne Plaza requires masks upon entering the building, but masks are not required in the Grand Ballroom.**
