Daniel's popular series of sound meditations continues into the fall. Join us for a soothing, deeply relaxing, and immersive Soundbath Meditation with Daniel's exquisite original set of crystal bowls, gongs, hang drum, Tibetan and Himalayan bells, rain sticks, ocarina, didj, and other objects dsound. This one-of-a-kind experience will melt away stress and leave you calm, recharged, your mind clear and vibrant!
Look, Breathe, Look Again. Take a stroll through the galleries and select a work of art to focus on. Take a few minutes to really take it in. Join the meditation. Afterwards return to that same artwork and see if you notice anything new with a fresh set of eyes and a clear mind.
