SCGA Business Education Series

The SCGA Business Education Series is a monthly educational series focused on providing the tools and skills needed to start and run a successful business for existing and potential business owners, managers, and staff. Current topics include solar power usage for your business, safe workplace requirements, identifying male hemp plants, and employer compliance. We continue to develop the presenter schedule and will update you regarding the late summer and fall presentations.

Renewable Energy and Mico-Grids for the Cannabis Industry

Ross Fisher and Jonathan Mooney of Pure Power Solutions will discuss the state of solar energy, energy storage, and micro-grids. The focus will be on how the cannabis industry can take advantage of the available technology, financial incentives, improving their bottom line by lower energy costs. In addition, they will describe how business owners can increase their overall energy resiliency.
