Self Defense for Our Community: Civilian Krav Maga

Civilian Krav Maga is designed to be simple to learn and practical to use. In this series of classes, we'll cover self defense techniques for dealing with common attacks you might encounter on the street or in domestic situations. Choke, be choked, and escape chokes! Punch, be punched, and block punches! Come prepared for a workout, but don't worry if you have physical limitations; krav is designed to work for the body you have.

Open to people of any gender, fitness, and experience level. Anyone with external genitalia is encouraged to wear an athletic cup.

We will offer this class every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.

PRESENTER:

Hannah has been practicing Krav Maga for seven years and has completed a rigorous instructor certification course via the Krav Maga Institute. She is dedicated to making her community safer.

ACCESS:

Please note that the Wicked Grounds Annex space at 293 8th St is ADA friendly once upstairs, but stairs are the only means of ingress and egress to the Wicked Grounds Annex space. If you have any questions, please message the event organizers and we will do our best to answer them!
