Valentine's Day Concert: The Kennedys at Unity Center of Peace
Grab your valentine and join us when Pete and Maura Kennedy return to Unity Center of Peace for this special, intimate evening. In a two-decade career, Pete and Maura have traversed a broad musical landscape, surveying power pop, acoustic songwriting, organic rock rooted in their early days in Austin, and a Byrds-inspired jangle that drew the attention of Roger McGuinn, Steve Earle, and most notably Nanci Griffith. The Kennedys' music has been described as uplifting, empowering and encouraging.
A selection of Valentines-inspired desserts (think chocolate!), hor d'oeuvres and champagne will be available for purchase.
