We will discuss how nonprofit leaders can develop the knowledge and abilities they need to manage evolving nonprofit challenges and embrace new opportunities.
During this session we will:
-Explore changing skill sets that nonprofit leaders need to meet today's challenges -Share insights about challenges faced by leaders of color -Discuss how organizations can build pathways to diverse leadership and be more intentional about supporting rising nonprofit leaders Join us and bring your questions!
Who Should Attend
This program is especially intended for nonprofit executive directors and CEOs, COOs, new and rising nonprofit leaders, board members, development officers, program officers, evaluation officers, grant-makers, nonprofit advisors, academics, and other interested executives.
