I've helped over 20 clinicians build the practices of their dreams.
I have over 20 years of experience helping to manage and grow small businesses, starting as a bookkeeper and working my way up to the role of CFO.
As a fellow clinician, I am sensitive to your clinical needs and the needs of your clients, so Ill help you balance the business of therapy with the art and practice of therapy.
In this two-hour workshop, we'll cover the basics of making sure your business is setup for success, as well as strategies on financial management, marketing/referrals, creating personal life balance, and learning to love the ebb and flow of being an entrepreneur.
Bring your questions and we will customize the class to your needs.
