We'll provide materials and expertise to guide you in crafting a durable, easy-to-use muscle-relaxing bag to ease and comfort you in any setting. Microwave for heat therapy or refrigerate for cold therapy.

What is a muscle bag?
It is a bag filled with rice and herbs encased in fabric and sewn. Each stitch is a personal intention you have for yourself in Service to your self care. Each bag is personal, as would be the ingredients one adds to their bag. While we embark on making our bags, different dried herbal plants are introduced, along with their known properties. After the last stitch/ last intention is sewn, you have created a self care tool you can heat up in the microwave and place on achy muscles. It aids in relaxing & alleviating muscular cramps & tension.
