Groove Movement at Bosk

If you like moving your body while listening to music, then Groove is for you! Groove is a dynamically interactive and creative group movement experience set to music. With a diverse playlist of song styles and genres, your instructor Jen Bowes will UNITE everyone in a simple movement or rhythm which you will dance in your own UNIQUE way.

No dance experience is required & all fitness levels welcome. If you can move, you can GROOVE!

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for stretching and stillness at the end.

Price includes the Groove class and after-Groove beer!
21+ only

Please do not over-consume before the Groove - you will be shaking your tail feathers and too much alcohol may make you shake things UP, instead!

Jen Bowes has taught fitness classes since 2003 and she has been a certified Groove Movement facilitator since April 2018. She believes that all bodies are fitness bodies and that health is not measured by a clothing size or the scale. Movement and getting the blood pumping is good for the heart and mind, and doing it joyfully with full love for YOUR body is the recipe for magic!
