Bada-Bing! The Parlor of Mystery is making you an offer you best not refuse. It's an offer to see an awesome magic, comedy and mentalism show featuring Gino Mozzarella aka Danny Archer, Marty Martin, Mike Maione and Kevin Rhodehouse. The show will feature explosive close-up magic, head-smacking mentalism and side-splitting comedy by award-winning performers. The show takes place at South Shore Theatre Experience in Lindenhurst, NY.
Gino Mozzarella AKA Danny Archer is on the lam and wanted for stealing the show. From the mean streets of South Philly, Gino finally quit his criminal ways and makes an honest dollar by amazing audiences with his killer sleight of hand and razor-sharp wit. You'll die, laughing.
Gino has performed in over 35 countries worldwide, and he's allowed back into most of them. He's thrilled to be back in Philly and working at a classy joint like the Smoke & Mirrors Magic Theater. You won't soon forget your evening with the Sicilian Sorcerer. Yougotaproblemwitdat?
Marty Martins magic has taken him around the world. While in the Army he opened for Bob Hope, Nancy Sinatra, and the Gold Diggers while they toured and performed for the troops. In addition to performing Marty operated several very successful magic companies. His newest venture with Danny Archer is called Corporate Magic. Their clients include; Apple Computer, OPEX Corporation, PerkinElmer Scientific, OHaus Scientific, Mettler Instrument and many others. Marty has performed at magic conventions around the country and is the creator of over twenty original magic. Martys skill and formidable knowledge of magic have made him one of the most well-known and respected people in the magic community.
Producer and emcee Mike Maione will host the evening. Maione is Long Island's silliest magician and best known for family-friendly entertainment. He is one of the founders of the Parlor of Mystery and frequently produces and performs at many Parlor of Mystery shows where his magic has a decidedly more grown-up flavor. Maione also lectures and has produced magic props and routines used by performers around the world.
Kevin Rhodehouse is the president of International Brotherhood of Magicians Ring 244. He is the consummate amateur who performs purely for the love of magic. His expert close-up effects make the pros envious. Watch him wow everyone during intermission.
The Parlor of Mysterys home is the South Shore Theatre Experience in Lindenhurst. Its the perfect place to experience parlor and close-up magic. It is a small black box theater with comfortable tiered seating for 40. The Parlor of Mystery is one of many productions that take place at the South Shore Theatre Experience, which is located at 115 South Wellwood Ave. in Lindenhurst. The South Shore Theatre Experience is a non- profit organization that produces original works and theater classics as well as conducting acting classes & workshops.
Parlor of Mystery shows usually take place on the fourth Sunday of every month with different magicians performing different effects.
