Na.mae.ste Yoga
This energetic yet grounding vinyasa flow moves fluidly from one pose to the next connecting breath with movement. Asana sequences target core strength, balance and flexibility. Modifications and variations are offered to allow all levels to reach their desired intensity, edge and focus. This practice consists of Sun Salutations, balance postures, twists, basic inversions and relaxing floor poses.
Amanda began her journey with yoga 5 years ago like many Americans on a quest for better tank top arms. As a busy mom of three and an elementary school teacher, she quickly realized her mat became her daily refuge and yoga her mechanism to a healthy mind, body and spirit. Having lived the transformative powers of combining breath, asana and meditation, Amandas teacher spirit needed to share this gift. She received her 200-hr RYT and CTY in 2018. She teaches classes to all ages from 9-99.
