Snyder County Coalition 4 Kids invites the public to attend its annual December conference highlighting the work of the Coalition around priorities focused on youth development in Snyder County, PA. This year's conference will focus specifically on Trauma. Various speakers and presenters will address many relevant topics, including adverse childhood experiences and how they impact families, especially in our local community. Resources and strategies to create solutions and support recovery will also be available.
The SCC4K annual conference will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 in the Degenstein Campus Center at Susquehanna University from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with registration from 8:00 - 8:30 AM.
The event will include speakers, networking, updates on the Coalition, and a free lunch. The conference is free and open to the public. Registration can be done online using the link found on www.scc4k.org under the "events" tab or by using the link posted on the @SCC4Kids Facebook page. Additionally, registration will be available at the Degenstein Center on December 12th from 8-8:30am.

Snyder County Coalition for Kids is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that follows the "Communities That Care" model with a mission to promote youth development and prevent dependency through county-wide collaboration. Its vision is to foster a safe and healthy community for the children of Snyder County by focusing on priorities that include: preventing drug abuse, preventing antisocial behavior, and providing social opportunities.
