Mission Possible: Romblon

WSF in partnership with Luzviminda Association of Central PA presents Mission Possible: Romblon

World Surgical Foundation has sponsored more than 60 surgical missions around the world, providing needed surgical services and care to more than 7,000 men, women and children over
the last 20 years.

In January 2019 we are mobilizing doctors, nurses and support personnel to perform a surgical mission on the island of Romblon in the Philippines. We are working with the Luzviminda Association of Central PA, a Filipino-American cultural organization and Al's of Hampden/Pizza Boy Brewing on an event to raise the necessary funds for this and other missions, as well as a needed anesthesia machine for the island.

This will be the Annual Key Fundraising Event for 2018, held Sunday, October 28 from 11am to 4pm at Als of Hampden/Pizza Boy Brewing in Enola, PA. The is a family-friendly event featuring pizza, beers from Pizza Boy Brewing Co, raffles, and live entertainment. Kids will enjoy face painting and other age-appropriate entertainment. We will offer a VIP experience, including Filipino cuisine paired with Pizza Boy beers. We will also offer a limited number of Brewery Tour and Tasting packages to see behind the scenes how the beer is made and an opportunity
for Q&A with our head brewer. We think that this casual event will put the fun back in fundraising by offering something for people of all ages.
