Feeding the Sacred Spark with Starhawk & BrightFlame

In these troubled times, our bright hopes can easily get buried under the sleet of outrage, fatigue and despair. Yet we desperately need to keep alive the spark of resistance--and more: of vision for a better world and determination to create it.

What stories are we telling and being told, about ourselves, about the world, about what is possible? In this one-day workshop, we'll reframe them, and look for the allies-- spiritual and mundane--who will offer enCOURAGEment and help us transform the world through our visions and actions.  We'll use the tools of magic--ritual, chanting, storytelling, meditation and trance--to feed our creativity and strengthen our will.

This workshop is perfect for Pagans and non-Pagans, activists, artists and writers, and anyone who wants to recharge and stand in their power. The world needs each of us. It's time to create the just, regenerating world where we all thrive.

Bios for Starhawk and BrightFlame below. Starhawk's books, including her latest City of Refuge, will be available for sale and she will be happy to sign them.

We aim to keep advance registration prices low. To support Starhawk's important work in the world, such as training Earth Activists, seeding Permaculture solutions, and sharing her wisdom and skills, BrightFlame turns over all proceeds to her. We urge you to pay a fair market value for this full day workshop--$90 or more. You can do this by selecting the "Yes" ticket price and slide as high as you are able. That said, we know resources can be scarce. There are a limited number of "early-early" bird $49 tickets available while they last (limit 2 per person). For early bird $58, register by Jan 24th. Regular advance price $68 is available (if tickets remain) through noon on Feb 23rd. Prices will be $12 higher at the door ($80 cash), subject to availability. We sold out in advance the last 3 times. We are unable to offer refunds on registration.
