Kombucha is a fermented and effervescent beverage brewed from sweetened tea with a multitude of health benefits. Homebrewing Kombucha is fun, creative, and rewarding. Join Jameson Henkle as he shares the finer points of brewing your own homemade Kombucha concoctions. A knock your socks off home brew must meet the four pillars of Kombucha: sweet, sour, effervescent, and delicious. This informative and informational workshop will walk you through each step of the brewing process from steeping to fermenting to bottling. Starter kits will be available for purchase in class, so that you too, can begin fermenting your own fizzy delicious beverages. Come and join Jameson while he shares one of his favorite hobbies and sets you up for Kombucha brewing success!

Everyone is welcome. This is a donation based event. Kombucha kits will be available for sale at the event for $20. You will learn how to brew your own kombucha, and be ready to start brewing immediately.
