Halloween Illinois Wine & Ethnic Food Festival

Join us for our first annual Halloween Illinois Wine & Ethnic Food Festival, featuring Illinois wine plus ethnic foods and music! Wear your Halloween costume and join in the fun!

Friday, October 27, 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm (advanced ticket holders can enter an hour early and receive preferential seating)

Saturday, October 28, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (advanced ticket holder enter an hour early)

LOCATION: The Shed, Illinois State Fairgrounds, Springfield
** Due to inclement weather in the forecast, we are happy to announce we are moving the event indoors at the Shed on the State Fairgrounds. Attendees will still enter off of 9th St through Gate 3 and can park to the right or left of the Shed.

The Shed is a mustard colored Morton Building where the Illinois Farmers Market is held on Thursdays in the summer.

We will have heaters! Seating is limited and remember that advance ticket holders get in an hour early, eat, drink and receive preferential seating. Cheers!

-Wine Tasting - $25 (plus processing fees) - includes both days, Friday & Saturday, a souvenir wine glass, entertainment, and 5 wine tasting tickets. Additional wine tasting tickets are $1 each.
-Designated Drivers - $15 (plus processing fees) - includes both days, Friday & Saturday, and 2 tickets for non-alcoholic beverages (available at IGGVA booth).

*Advance ticket holders are able to enter the festival grounds 1 hour prior to the start of the event (5 pm on Friday; 10 am on Saturday). General Admission tickets can be purchased at the door but will not be able to enter until the event begins.

-Wine Tasting - $30 - includes entry for both days, a souvenir wine glass, entertainment, and 3 wine tasting tickets. Additional wine tasting tickets are $1 each.

-Designated Drivers - $15 (plus processing fees) - includes both days, Friday & Saturday, and 2 tickets for non-alcoholic beverages (available at IGGVA booth).

PLEASE NOTE: You can attend both Friday and Saturday as long as you do not take off your wristband and bring your glass with you when you return on Saturday. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

FAQ's

Can I bring a cooler or outside food or beverages?
Please do not bring outside alcohol or food. Our winemakers and food vendors appreciate our support for this festival.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
There are two ways for quick entry into the festival. One is to bring your printed ticket. The other way is to access your ticket via your mobile device by going to http://bpt.me/, logging in, and pulling up your tickets. We can scan the paper copy or the ticket you pull up on your mobile device. When you get to the event, pull up the event on your phone and show us your bar code and you are in!

Can I bring my dog?
As much as we love dogs, they are not allowed on the festival grounds.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All guests should be prepared with photo identification showing proof of age.

Can I attend both days?
Yes! Tickets are good for either day, Friday and/or Saturday. If you attend on Friday, you can return Saturday with your wristband and glass and purchase more tasting tickets and will not pay an entrance fee again. You must have both glass and wristband to sample.

What if my designated driver is under 21?
This is an adult event; however, if you have a designated driver that is underage, you can purchase a designated driver ticket for them at a discounted rate of $15.
