My Perfect Pet - The Musical
My Perfect Pet is a new musical for young audiences with music and lyrics by ASCAP Award winning songwriter, Jeff Eisenberg, and book by former Broadway Kids writer, Bruce J Robinson. It's the story of Cailin, a young girl who has fallen in love with a puppy she's seen at a local shelter, and tries to convince her parents that this would be the PERFECT gift for her upcoming 10th birthday. Will she receive this prized puppy? Do her parents think she's responsible and mature enough to care for it? Come see My Perfect Pet and find out. After a successful staged reading at NYMF (The New York Musical Theatre Festival) back in 2012, MPP is excited to stage it's first full production. Under the able direction of Rachel Black Spaulding, and a wonderful cast, MPP is kid friendly and puppy approved. Join us this fall at The Playroom Theatre just off of Times Square for this adorable and entertaining new show.
