Come join Chef Krista Espinal, sous chef at the award-winning Birdsall House in Peekskill, for an evening of culinary education and enjoyment!
Chef Krista Espinal started her restaurant experience in the Hudson Valley back in 2006. Self taught and persistent in the culinary world she has gained reputable knowledge and experience working in various restaurants throughout the region. Krista specializes in locally based farm to table cuisine, new American fusion that is applied with classic French techniques. Chef Espinal is currently the Sous Chef at the award winning gastropub Birdsall House, located in the heart of Peekskill. Birdsall menu is southern inspired American & house made charcuterie.
Together you and your partner will learn how to cook from scratch several healthy and delicious restaurant-quality recipes.
Bring a bottle of wine and someone special, and savor the satisfaction of a home-made meal. The class is limited to 12 couples, and online registration is required; $95 per couple.
