She Kills Monsters

A darkly comedic romp into the world of fantasy role-playing games, She Kills Monsters tells the coming of age story of Agnes Evans following the death of her teenage sister, Tilly. When Agnes finds Tillys Dungeons & Dragons notebook, she stumbles into a journey of discovery and action-packed adventure in the imaginary world that was Tillys refuge. In this high-octane dramatic comedy littered with all-too-real 90's pop culture and laden with fantasy homicidal fairies, nasty ogres, playwright Qui Nguyen offers a heart-pounding homage to the geek and warrior within us all.

PLEASE NOTE:
Last year in the United States, over 50 billion water bottles were used but only 23% of them were recycled, which means 38 billion water bottles ended up in landfills. At Beyond the Page Theatre Company, we have decided to combat this problem by starting a green initiative. We will be prohibiting the use of disposable water bottles in the theater and a filtered water bottle filler has been installed in order to promote the use of reusable water bottles. We are calling this initiative BYOB- Bring your own BOTTLE. Beyond the Page will also sell BTP branded reusable water bottles for an affordable price at every show. In addition to limiting plastic use, programs will not be handed out during performances, rather we will be providing a very large program for all to see on display.
