Alba's Edge with guest Velopocide
Two fresh and exciting projects headed up by Maine natives will come together on January 4th in a celebration of the vibrant Maine fiddle music scene. Velocipede, the fiddle and mandolin/tenor guitar duo of
Julia Plumb and Baron Collins-Hill joins forces with pianist Neil Pearlman's Scottish/Latin/Jazz project Alba's Edge to present an evening of high energy music to ward off the chill of the Maine winter. Ranging from traditional toe tapping fiddle tunes to blood pumping Latin, Jazz and Funk grooves, this is not a show to be missed.
