Gathered around one microphone in the traditional style, with one foot in traditional and the other in progressive roots music, over the past decade New England's own Jerks of Grass have become a formidable purveyor of their own brand of bluegrass music. They can be found as supporting acts for legends like Dr. Ralph Stanley & his Clinch Mountain Boys, Hot Tuna and many other great bands! Jerks of Grass are often found performing at festivals, colleges and events near and far...These folks live to play live!
The Jerks are happy to announce the return of their guitar player, Jason Phelps! Phelps just finished the amazing feat of hiking the Pacific Crest Trail and is back and ready to pick some tunes! Come join us to welcome Jason home and hear some great bluegrass music!
