A light and airy soufflé is a quintessential springtime dish, and not as difficult to master as you might think. Chef Ame shares her secrets for creating perfect soufflésin savory, sweet, and novel preparations: blue cheese and Italian parsley soufflé; Mexican chocolate soufflé, and a leek and crème fraîche roulade.

This is a hands-on cooking class with a vegetarian menu. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
