 This remarkable new trio is a cousin to last night's band, Hot Club of Saratoga. Golfstrom features Hot Club's Jonathan Greene on clarinet along with Sergei Nirenburg on accordion and vocals, and Bobby Kendall on string bass. They perform an eclectic mix of 1930-60's folk and pop songs with origins ranging from Russia to France, Italy, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Israel, Mexico, Argentina and beyond. For tonight's concert they're bringing in guest percussionist Brian Melick.
