Greetings Cool Aid Lovers!

Behind the new look and feel is a strict limitation on the number of tickets we can sell. Sadly, this will possibly mean that some FOCAs (Friends of Cool Aid) may get shut out. Please only order tickets for those who you know will absolutely/ positively be able to attend. Then other deserving FOCAs can get in too.

Thanks for your understanding and patience! Now on to the COOL part ...

WHAT:
Join a few hundred of your current or soon-to-be best friends to deploy for joy, have fun in the sun, clap hands for the bands, share a shiver in the river, cheer for the beer, flap your vent in the tent, stoke desire by the fire and be so cool you might drool.

WHEN:
Labor Day Weekend, gates open at 11:00am on Saturday, September 3rd; stay and play until 11:00am on Monday, September 5th.

Please READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY to make sure you are up to speed on the info you need.

NO FRIDAY ARRIVALS ALLOWED.
We appreciate the enthusiasm to start the party early but Cool Aid property is private property and if you arrive before Saturday, it's not trees passing, it's trespassing. And that's not Cool.

ALL GUESTS MUST BE ON THEIR WAY NO LATER THAN MONDAY AT 11:00AM.
Please be considerate of our host and the volunteers whose Labor Day means clean up, take away, and clear out. The longer people linger, the longer it'll take them to remove all evidence of XXVI. And that's not Cool.

QUIET HOURS: BEGIN AT 1:00AM ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHTS.
Late night revelers are free to carry on at the bonfire site.

BEER TRUCK HOURS:
Kegs will be shut down at 2:00am to protect us from late night underage shenanigans.

UNDERAGE DRINKING:
We will do our best to guard the fountain of foam, but reserve the right to evict any under-age drinkers from the party...along with their parents. We don't want to be sharks or narcs, but we do want to keep this gig going for years to come. Talk to your kids about the rules and the consequences. Their drinking could lead to your slinking...off the farm.

WHAT TO BRING:
- PROOF OF AGE
- SATURDAY NIGHT EDIBLES: We need you to bring sharable-sized salads, side dishes, desserts, or munchies to share with masses on Saturday night. We provide grilled chicken, burgers and dogs.
- FOOD if you're staying past Saturday because you'll be on your own for Sunday/Monday sustenance. Beverages will be provided for the weekend (although we often run out of soda on Sunday).
- WATER (to drink and/or shower) as our supply will be limited.

YOU WILL ALSO WANT TO BRING:
Tent, sleeping bag, flashlight, assorted camping gear, swimsuit and towel, sunscreen and bug repellent, inner tubes for the river, games for the lawn, clothes for cool weather, trashable shoes for river rambling, musical instruments and other party stuff.

WHAT NOT TO BRING:
TEENS WITH TENDENCY TO TEST TAP CONTROLS
Absolutely no animals allowed. (Not new, but always worthy of emphasis)

WHAT CAN YOU DO:
Obey the few rules we have and volunteer some of your time to help with cleanup and the like. Please hold off on food donations (the charitable kind, not the Cool Aid sharing kind); take them to your local food bank.

DO YOU WANNA DANCE?
We'll have our retinue of rockers & rollers on Saturday from 2pm-11pm.

DO YOU WANNA DANCE SOME MORE?
Our Sunday acoustic open stage gets amped up with some mellower electric sounds this year.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF YOUNG POND AND RIVER SWIMMERS WILL ALSO BE EXPECTED TO BE VIGILANT MONITORS OF THEIR YOUNG FLOATERS.
Yes, we will have a lifeguard at the pond, but that does not excuse you from keeping an eye on the little wet ones. There is no lifeguard at the river, so don't let small or inexperienced swimmers in the river without your supervision.

Réponse :	Great question, youth contingent! The answer is that all guests between the ages of 13 and 20 must have a responsible and identified chaperone who is at least 25 years old. Please let us know if you have any more questions. Be cool!
