Summer Fiesta ~ A Shamanic Celebration

We are so happy to invite the Tribe to a SUMMER FIESTA outside the immediate DC area ~ an overnight camping gathering at the home of Angela & Helene to honor the beginning of SUMMER and to fortify our connection to the sweet Earth.

Registration fee: $25-50 sliding scale

(All experiences are offered freely from a place of deep love and gratitude ~ registration fee covers the cost of the three delicious vegetarian meals we will be providing, as well as snacks. Please contribute as much as you comfortably can.)

Tentative Event Schedule - subject to change

Saturday June 27th

3pm - arrival and making camp (bring your tent and sleeping gear; please also bring whatever toiletries you need and a towel for the shower)

4pm - opening sacred space at the Medicine Wheel

5pm - Mother Earth journey & Expressive Art Experience (bring your Charcoals, Oil Pastels, Pastels, Colored Pencils, Inks, Self-Contained Water Color Pallets, Crayons, Graphite, etc.) with Kerry Jewel Koenig

6:30pm - delicious vegetarian dinner

7:30pm - lighting the Sacred Fire

8:00pm - Sacred Fire Ceremony with Tze'ec Ba'lam, Mayan Priest and Elder

9:30pm - Medicine Song Circle (bring a drum, rattle, or other instrument)

7:00am - Saluting the Summer Sun - yoga with Barbara Dhyani Stiefel

9:00am - delicious vegetarian breakfast

10:30am - Shamanic Journey to connect with your Power Animal with Charles Myers

12:00pm - Chakra Dance with Florencia Renedo

1:30pm - delicious vegetarian lunch

2:30pm - closing sacred space at the Medicine Wheel

3:00pm - breaking camp and departure
