THE MESS is a sketch comedy troupe based in the Easy Bay. We are a collective of writers, actors, dancers, directors, musicians, comedians,and rabble-rousers. Many of us found each other in the backs of cheap bars, on Missed Connections, and the rest of us met working with former sketch group Hot Mess SF. Our shows are scripted, and built from the ground up. Our focus is on work that celebrates Bay Area diversity, leans toward the theatrical, and is FUN to perform. We have been known to drop a few f-bombs and start heartfelt a sing-a-long all in the same breath. So strap in ya'll - this thing is about to get MESSY!
