Self Defense for Teen Girls (ages 15+) Only

Let's face it: Talking to kids about safety is tough. But, as your children mature, you want them to take care of themselves while living rich, full lives.

Strategic Living classes are designed to help your daughter be more confident in her judgement and independence, and for you to have more peace of mind.

In their own class your daughter will relax and feel comfortable discussing her fears and asking tough questions. Older teen girls may be dating and driving (or have friends who are), and need a bigger safety skill set to meet her expanded horizons. She will get honest, accurate answers in a safe space. In 3 hours, she will learn:

How she can protect herself when dates get scary
Signs she needs to call home NOW
Surprise moves to get free if grabbed from behind
What to expect, and do, when in high school
How stay safe and still have fun at parties, athletic events and class activities
