$1,000 Beer Pong Tournament Sapphire Nightclub

October 27th 2017, the night before Sapphire's Huge Halloween Bash, we are hosting a $1,000 Beer Pong Tournament !!
-- There will be 30 Tickets sold online and 20 at the Club
-- Each Ticket includes 2 people per team
-- Doors open 6pm for warmups
-- Tourney Starts 7pm ( full house rules below )
-- Music provided by DJ Matt James of the 92 Moose Morning show

- General House Rules
0. Double Elimination
1. 10 cup pong ( cups will have water in them) with 2 people per team
2. Each person takes a turn throwing ball into opposing cups
3. When a ball is made in cup that cup is removed. If both balls are made in individual cups the balls are returned to the shooters and both cups are removed. If both balls land in same cup then 3 cups are removed and balls returned to shooters.
4. Bouncing is allowed but can also be defending by slapping. If a bounced ball makes a cup then 2 cups are removed. If a cup is spilled because of a defending slap, those cup/cups are removed from play.
5. No fingering or blowing allowed.
6. Elbow of the throwing arm cannot extend past the edge of the table.
7. Re-racks at 6,4,3,2 if called out.
8. No hot streaks or on fire or specialty type rules.
9. Once all cups have been removed from play that team is out. However the opposing team will have a chance for a rebuttal. If opposing team makes the last of the opponents cups then both teams will put out 3 cups in a pyramid formation and continue playing. There will only be 1 rebuttal allowed

-- ONLY Ticket holders will be allowed to play in the Tournament. Doors open to the public at 9pm for our normal Friday night with DJ's and Dancing. Tournament will not end until there is a winner. Alcohol stops being served at 1am and all alcohol removed by 1:10am but the tournament itself has no time limit.
