Pittsburgh Freaky Fair - Sept. 24, 2017

Space is EXTREMELY limited and strictly on a first come, first serve basis via this registration site. Historically, vendor space sells out within 2-3 hours of registration launch.

- vintage / handmade jewelry and accessories
- vintage / handmade spooky home goods and decor
- offbeat / horror-themed toys, collectibles and comics
- handmade soaps and cosmetics
- counterculture books, movies and music
- bizarre trinkets, oddities and curiosities

Our visitors generally include anyone interested in horror / cult movies, goth / punk / dark alternative music and culture, occult / paranormal concepts and other geeky / weird / vintage stuff. Please consider this before deciding to be a vendor.

PARKING:
The venue has a free lot next to the building with approximately 30 spaces. Free, on-street parking is available along 51st Street. The Goodwill lot across the street is fair game on a Sunday, too.

VENDOR SPACE:
A note to our previous vendors, we have had to make some modifications to our setup from previous events.

TWO vendor space sizes are available:

Option A: 8' wide x 8' deep = $25 (+ service fee)
Option B: 6' wide x 8' deep = $20 (+ service fee)

Tables WILL NOT be provided. You must bring your own. 2 chairs will be available for each space, if needed. Any table type or configuration is permitted, as long as it fits within your space and does not exceed 10' in height.

Electrical outlets are available all around the perimeter and extension cords will be made available for the center rows. It is highly recommended that you bring small lamps, string lights, etc. to help bring attention to your space.

Due to the extremely limited size of the venue, only 1 space is permitted per vendor.

PROMOTION:
We work hard to promote this event in a variety of ways but it is STRONGLY encouraged that you share the Facebook *event* link and announce it to your friends and followers as much as possible to generate interest and increase attendance.

ENTERTAINMENT:
As usual, we will have DJs providing a backdrop of dark/alternative music all day. We will also have several on-stage performances by local sideshow acts. We will also have a photo booth camper parked outdoors and possibly a few other attractions.

ABOUT THE VENUE:
Spirit is divided into 2 levels (about 8 steps between each level and they are nice and wide), this event will be on the upper level known as the "Hall". It is a large, open area that will allow all vendors to be in one location.

There is a full bar in the main Hall as well as in the lower level, along with a kitchen that serves delicious homemade pizza and other food (organic/vegan/veggie friendly).

On Sundays, Spirit offers an "endless pizza and brunch" between 11am-3pm complete with bloody mary bar, fancy mimosas, etc.

Spirit is entirely non-smoking and on Sundays, family friendly.
